Within each of us is an essence, a core that is connected to pure love, vast wisdom, and deep compassion. That connection is often clouded by life experiences and the mixed messages we receive from people, culture, and the different environments in which we find ourselves.

Life can be challenging. We experience times when we don’t feel understood or heard, and feel unsure about what’s next. Being listened to deeply, without judgement or advice can make a difference in how you process these key moments in life. I’m Beth Walz Davis, and I believe I can be that someone for you.

Why?

I’m a mature woman who has lived consciously through many life lessons and I’ve gained not just experience but wisdom through it all. I know the power of being heard. I believe that we hold the answers if we can find the right questions. I know that it is not in my power to fix anyone. I can, however, create environments that support the emergence of courage, healing, and truth. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Religion and I am a certified End of Life Doula and self-proclaimed Life Doula.

Life Doula

Life is not a game. Most people don’t need a coach. However, someone who listens deeply, reflects honestly, connects resources, supports and encourages, and believes in you can make all the difference when times are difficult.

End of Life Doula

Dying is a natural part of life. I support people who are terminally ill and their loved ones through the sacred process of dying. I help clients make a plan and can serve as a resource as they transition into the last chapter of life.

Vision Retreat Host

Vision Retreats are designed for individuals in small group settings to explore together what is holding them back from reaching their greatest potential. The goal is to create a vision for the future based on a client’s emerging discoveries about their life.

“My experience in Beth’s retreat was challenging and truly meaningful. Beth treats her leadership role as a sacred trust and provides a safe space for inner work and growth. I left the retreat with a greater understanding of myself and my heart’s desires for my life.”
